AIR TROY ESTATES

Air Troy Estates (WI69) is a private use FAA registered residential airport established in 1974 located between East Troy and Mukwonago Wisconsin.

A well organized and run airpark with good people is a wonderful thing for a pilot. The convenience factor of living at an airpark and having your aircraft right beside the house simply cannot be overstated. Air Troy Estates is keeping this tradition alive as many private airstrips are closing.

Come Live The Airpark Lifestyle

Since 1974 this group of aviation enthusiasts have enjoyed the fun and freedom of personal flying from our own private grass strip. The Air Troy Estates Home Owners Association governs the residential community and operates the Airport.

Air Troy Estates is an inter-generational neighborhood with a friendly environment in which neighbors also share a variety of other common interests. We host a community activity at least once a year and have summer runway mowing every week. Come join us! You'll find it hard to leave.

The Perfect Landing for any Pilot

50 Years of Community

Air Troy Estates is a 20 house flying community on a 1700 foot grass strip located in East Troy, Walworth County Wisconsin. Most lots are approximately 1.5 acre and zoned for a single family residence along with an aviation hangar. Each lot has direct access to WI69. All lot owners are required to pay annual dues and fees to the HOA.

Air Troy Estates is within 5 minutes of both East Troy and Mukwonago with access to all amenities including a hospital, local and big box shopping, YMCA and municipal airport 57C. Potters Lake, Lake Beulah and Phantom Lake are within a 10-minute drive along with numerous parks. Milwaukee is a 45 minute drive, Madison 1 hour, O'Hare International 1.5 hours and Downtown Chicago 2 hours, not to mention all the beauty of South East Wisconsin. Oshkosh is a 1.5 hour drive or short flight depending on your plane.

A brewery tour remains a great way to experience Southeast Wisconsin, but there's lot more brewing in the region than just beer. Summerfest, the world's largest music festival, draws nearly 900,000 visitors to the shores of Lake Michigan. Many of those who come for the music and nightlife stay for the food and culture. In addition to boasting one of the world's largest breweries, Milwaukee serves as home to well-preserved historical districts, numerous green areas, and a lovely lakefront. Lake Geneva offers a city escape while at the same time showcasing an impressive collection of 19th-century stately mansions and historic homes.
